Quando un progetto di “User Experience” (leggi usabilità) fallisce, spesso è colpa dell’approccio sbagliato al progetto stesso.

Uno dei problemi più comuni dei team di usabilità è dare per scontato che tutte le persone dell’organizzazione valuta l’usabilità quanto loro. Non lo fanno, specialmente se i benefici attesi vengono espressi solamente dal punto di vista dell’utente.
